Bob & Cheryl’s 1% to 4% Listing Commission structure allows sellers to list their properties competitively to attract buyers, as well as, net more dollars at the close of their escrow transactions. This is not a discounted commission program. Sellers always receive the all-encompassing benefits of Bob & Cheryl’s world class marketing and transactional systems. Have questions? A total commission of 4% is applied. Of this amount, a maximum of 2.5% is allocated to the cooperating agent who represents the buyer. Alternatively, the buyer may choose to pay their own agent’s compensation. Please contact us for further details
A commission of 3% is applied when PRES secures the buyer and manages the transaction FOR BOTH YOU AND THE BUYER from start to finish.
A commission of 2% is applied when you secure the buyer and PRES provides representation for both the seller and the buyer.
A commission of 1% is applied when you secure the buyer and PRES represents you exclusively throughout the transaction.
