To whom it may concern: I have purchased and sold nine units in the MCC and have employed three different agents. On a unit that closed escrow today I decided to engage the services of PRES. My concern with their lack of familiarity with MCC unfounded. Very professional he was always clear and honest with us about our home and the market place. When it came time to to evaluate buyers offers he never tried to influence our decision but respected and listened to us.

We found Bob and Cheryl through a postcard mailer we saved and after interviewing several other local realtors, chose them to sell our mother’s condo in MDR.
